Magpie Recycling
Magpie Recycling offer an opt in service for those who want a flexible and complete range of material recycling. You can fill the bags with cans, glass any plastic PET type 1 or 2 (not just bottles - but check the packaging), paper, cardboard,
aluminium foil, clothing / textiles, drinks cartons and books. When you've 4 bags full you can phone Magpie & they'll collect - Tel:

or visit the Magpie OptIn website. They'll collect in the same way from businesses too. Magpie will also collect furniture, garden waste and IT equipment for safe disposal.

Brighton
& Hove City Council provide a doorstep recycling collection
to most parts of the city, either weekly or every other week, depending
on where you live. The scheme collects the following items:

A wide variety
of items can also be recycled at the household waste recycling centres
at Leighton Road, Hove and Wilson Avenue Kemptown. Where you can
also take green waste – but try composting
as much as possible.
